[How to use the Tokyo Subway Ticket]

Please collect a paper ticket with the voucher. Please bring your Tokyo Subway Ticket, "Voucher with QR Code" and collect your ticket at the ticket vending machines for travelers that installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.

*Please check the attached file for the exchange location and method.

*You can also collect a paper ticket at the offices of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).

*If there is no ticket vending machine for travelers at the station where you start using the service, or if you cannot collect a paper ticket at the station office, we will show you how to get the station where there is a ticket vending machine for travelers. Please feel free to ask the staff for assistance.

Thank you for your booking. Within two business days of receiving your request, we'll send you a booking confirmation to the email address you provided. Please ensure that all booking details are correct, and check your email for the voucher information. The voucher will contain essential information, including the meeting place, time, and a local contact number. Please make sure you have the voucher with you before departing for the tour.

Vouchers cannot be used directly, please exchange your voucher for physical ticket on ticket vending machines that located in Tokyo Metro Subway or Toei Metro Subway main stations.
You can get on and off in Tokyo Metro Subways and Toei Subways whichever station you want.
Expiration date will be shown on the physical ticket.
Expiration time will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass the ticket gate.
If you enter the station within the valid time, you can leave the station even though you passed the expiration time while riding the subway.
If you do not use the ticket for the first time within the expiration date stated on the ticket, it will become invalid.

Once the booking is completed, we'll send you a voucher via email which will include a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact telephone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days after the booking has been received. Please ensure to provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review the voucher carefully once received.
