Itinerary
The excursion begins with the pick up of the passengers from Ushuaia downtown hotels, between 08:00 and 08:30 am. After a trip of between 25 and 40 minutes from the hotel, inside Tierra del Fuego National Park, we will arrive at Ensenada Zaratiegui, also known as "Ensenada Bay". There, where the post office of the end of the world is located, there is a short circular walk along the beach and through the forest, which allow us to get views of Redonda Island and the Chilean coast, on the other side of the Beagle Channel.
We continue by car until we reach the lake Acigami (called lake Roca by a time), Green Lagoon, Ovando River, Cormorants Archipelago, and also Bay Lapataia: the end of all the roads of America. In these points of interest we will be able to perform some low intensity walks.
Around 12:45 pm, we stop for lunch. It includes snacks and appetisers. The main course will be Portuguese chicken (tomato sauce, onions and carrot) accompanied by rice and vegetables. For dessert peach or pineapple pie. Drinks included: mineral water, wines and soft drinks. After lunch, at approximately 1.30 pm, we begin the return to the city, arriving at the hotels around 2:00 pm
