- Last entry is 1 hour before closing time. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the venue after the last admission time.
This ticket can only be used at TeamLab Planets located in Toyosu and cannot be used at other TeamLab venues. Please pay attention to the correct venue.
- You need to show your student card when visiting if you purchased a “Youth ticket”.
- Cancellation policy:
*The booking cannot be canceled or changed.
*Once the booking is completed, we'll send you a voucher via email which will include a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact telephone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days after the booking has been received. Please ensure to provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review the voucher carefully once received
Children who are 3 years old and younger can enter for free. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by adults.
