* Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
* Attire. Resort casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt; for women slacks or skirt, or dress. We request no tank tops, swim suits, or swim cover-ups.
* Children 2 and younger are free of charge, but must be on the booking due to Coast Guard regulations.
* For special dietary needs, please speak to your server as most needs can be accommodated.
* None of our vessels have elevators. Access to the upper decks on all vessels are by stairs only.
* PARKING. The City of Clearwater operates a pay per plate parking lot at the Clearwater Beach Marina with parking paid by the hour at parking kiosks in the lot or with the ParkMobile App at the rate of $1 per hour. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for marina activity patrons only. Parking is enforced in the marina lot from 6am - 11pm daily. For daytime cruises and those parking before 6pm, kiosks are programed to only allow guests to purchase a maximum of 30 minutes. Park and pay for up to 30 minutes at a parking kiosk. Check-in at your cruise and get a daily access code. Once you have the access code, return to the parking kiosk and enter the access code. The access code will allow you to purchase enough time for your cruise. The access code is restricted to one time use per day. An access code is not needed after 6pm. Pay at parking kiosks in the lot or with the ParkMobile App.

* No shows and late arrivals will not receive a refund or reschedule.
* StarLite Cruises sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the boat will remain dockside, but provide the full dining service. In the event that the cruise has to cancel, a full refund of the ticket price purchased will be issued.
* Smoking, vaporing and e-cigarettes are allowed on the outside decks only. Please dispose of all refuse in proper receptacles. Do not throw anything into the water.
* No pets allowed on the cruise.
* Dinner Service is available on board and can be purchased from an a la carte menu. For those choosing to dine on board you will be given a table assignment.
* If you chose not to dine you will be able to grab a seat on the outside decks. Only drinks will be available for purchase here.
