Essential Information

*In Puerto Aventuras groups have a maximum of 20 people for a closer experience
*To book 1-5 year old infants please do not include them in your reservation but be sure to add them on the comments section of your reservation
*The use of safety vests is required in all water programs
*It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program
*If you have any health or physical disability please contact our call center before you make your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services
*Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species
*For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale
*For security reasons, only women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
*Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
*IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.

Our privileged location in Puerto Aventuras offers a unique nature environment, next to the lagoon with Caribean Sea water.
This is a great place for dolphin lovers as we focus on creating activities that everybody can enjoy like the handshake, receiving a tender kiss or giving a soft hug to these incredible marine mammals.
You will also have fun playing in different activities with the dolphins like hugs or the hand target. You can also have an exciting racing game on the kayaks against the best swimmers, our playful dolphins! Puerto Aventuras fulfills all expectations so you can fully enjoy this experience and create a strong bond with your family, perfect for parents to enjoy with their children an amazing contact with nature.
