Essential Information

*If you have any health or physical problem please contact us before you make your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services.
*Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
*Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
*In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 20 people for a closer experience.
*The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.
*For safety reasons, pregnant women with more than 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic activities. Pregnant women with 5 months or less will be able to participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed the responsibility form.
*For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
*IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.

DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER Especially designed for the entire family. Dolphin Encounter is the ideal Dolphin Swim program to introduce your children to the nature of marine animals and the beauty they offer. Your kids will be able to enjoy safe and fun activities that will delight them and have them entertained while they learn. The whole activity is done over a safe submerged platform in the Caribbean Sea, there´s no need of swimming. The program includes hugs and kisses, a handshake, and dolphin behaviors.
In Isla Mujeres in Cancun Mexico you and your children can enjoy safe and fun activities that are especially designed, like swim with dolphins in the Caribbean Sea.
