    Today you will live the unique experience of being "Chef for a Day" enjoying all the Flavors and Traditions of Chiloé.

    Our day begins at the vibrant Yumbel Peasant Fair, a place full of life and color where local farmers offer the freshest and most authentic products of the region. Together with our chef, you will have the opportunity to personally select the ingredients that we will use in our culinary experience. Between fish, meats, a variety of seafood, more than 200 types of native potatoes, Chilote garlic, country cheese, ulmo honey and vegetables from SIPAM gardens (Ingenious World Agricultural Heritage Sites), you will choose the best that Chiloé has to offer .

    With the selected ingredients, we will head to the charming Rilan Peninsula, a place of natural beauty and tranquility. Here, in a cozy home with spectacular views of Castro Bay, we will settle in to cook and share.

    Imagine cooking alongside an expert chef, while enjoying a freshly prepared pisco sour and a pleasant conversation. In this relaxed and relaxed atmosphere, you will learn to prepare traditional Chiloé dishes using the fresh and seasonal products that you selected at the fair.
