Itinerary Details:
Our afternoon sunset tour starts with a drive through the Siem Reap countryside, crossing the Siem Reap river. We wind our way along red clay roads, through a variety of local villages, crossing small farms, passing schools, and seeing children on their way home.
After a brief stop for light refreshment, we bypass the crush of visitors exiting the park and instead follow the charming backroads, past stunning rice fields, and small, historic family parcels where life appears unchanged for generations. Then, we make our way towards the west edge of Angkor Park to explore the remarkable historic site in a different context.
To end the evening, we take a peaceful dragon boat ride on the moat of Angkor Thom, with local delicacies including soft drinks and cold beverages onboard
