        * Tickets: Admission tickets are provided by the driver.
        * Children's Access: Children under 14 years can access only the Galaxy area (open until 10:00 PM). Palm and Elysium zones are for adults only.
        * Upgrade to Elysium: Available for 6–9 EUR per person, depending on the day and age. Guests can upgrade by scanning their RFID wristband, which is also used for additional services like massages, food, and drinks. All extra costs are paid at exit.
        * Extra Time Charges: Staying beyond the included 4.5 hours costs approximately 2 EUR per person for every 30 minutes.
        * Transfer Service: Operates as an express shuttle; pick-up time updates may be sent the day before.
        * Punctuality: Please be at the pick-up location 5 minutes before departure, as we can only wait a few minutes at each stop.
